Silky Toes gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased online or by phone within 30 days of purchase date.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTIONS
• Return for store credit.
You will be sent a prepaid shipping label, and then as soon as we receive your return, you'll receive a Silkytoes.com gift card code valid for 30 days. Start Return Here
• Return for refund.
You will be sent a return pre-paid shipping label via email. The cost of the return shipping ($4.95) will be deducted from the total refund. As soon as your return is received, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment. • Exchange for a different item.
