Silky Toes gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased online or by phone within 30 days of purchase date.

RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTIONS

• Return for store credit.

You will be sent a prepaid shipping label, and then as soon as we receive your return, you'll receive a Silkytoes.com gift card code valid for 30 days. Start Return Here

• Return for refund.

You will be sent a return pre-paid shipping label via email. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total refund. As soon as your return is received, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment. If after 7-10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@silkytoes.com. Start Return Here

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
