Returns

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Cancellable Items

  • Pre-ordered wedding boxes and pre-ordered bulk flats can only be canceled up to 30 days before the selected ship date.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

4. Non-returnable Items 

  • Wedding boxes (pre-order and in stock)
  • Bulk flats (pre-order and in stock)

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return for eligible items.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions.
  • Pack your items securely and include the original packing slip.

Wedding boxes and bulk flats are non-returnable to ensure that all customers receive the delicate, brand-new packaging in perfect condition.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

6. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • For exchanges, please contact us with details of the item to exchange.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
