1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Cancellable Items
- Pre-ordered wedding boxes and pre-ordered bulk flats can only be canceled up to 30 days before the selected ship date.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Wedding boxes (pre-order and in stock)
- Bulk flats (pre-order and in stock)
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return for eligible items.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions.
- Pack your items securely and include the original packing slip.
Wedding boxes and bulk flats are non-returnable to ensure that all customers receive the delicate, brand-new packaging in perfect condition.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
6. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- For exchanges, please contact us with details of the item to exchange.
7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
